Questions
Will FormOnce submit forms for me?
No. You review every answer, download the completed form, and decide where to send it. Nothing is ever submitted automatically.
Does it work with Word documents?
Yes. Upload a .docx form and FormOnce finds its blanks, content controls and table cells, proposes answers the same way, and hands you back a filled Word document.
What is a caregiver packet?
A single printable PDF for a babysitter, grandparent or school nurse: emergency contacts in priority order, authorized pickups, medical essentials and providers. You pick the sections; FormOnce assembles it from your vault in one click.
What happens to my family's information?
It stays yours. Records are encrypted, sharing is limited to household members you approve, and there are no advertising trackers. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
Paid plans run through PayPal. No card details touch FormOnce. Cancel from your PayPal account or from FormOnce settings at any time; your information remains available to export on the free plan.
Can it read every form?
Not perfectly. Unclear scans and unusual layouts can need manual field placement, which is exactly why review is built into every form. If FormOnce is not sure, it says so instead of guessing.
